For referrals to our diagnostic laboratories please complete the below referral form and fax to (02) 4323 1633. Alternatively, you can fax a referral letter to our rooms.

Consultation Referrals

For referrals for a consultation with Dr Bernard Bourke or Dr Victor Bourke, please fax the referral to (02) 4323 1633. We also communicate via Argus.

We encourage referring doctors to instruct the patient call our rooms on (02) 4323 1694 to make an appointment.

We understand that urgent appointments are sometimes required. For any urgent appointments or concerns about a patient known to us please call Central Coast Vascular on (02) 4323 1694 and arrangements will be made for rapid access to our services.

Both Dr Bernard Bourke and Dr Victor Bourke participate in Information Evenings (RACGP QI&CPD) for General Practitioners. Please contact us if there are any specific topics or areas you would like discussed at the next evening.

Dr Victor Bourke and Dr Bernard Bourke have been involved in the web-based information portal HealthPathways Central Coast for vascular topics primarily targeted for General practitioners practicing in the Central Coast region.
